Exchange subject to European regulations

We are in the process of applying for the following two licences:

These licences, issued by the Estonian authorities (a member of the European Union), will enable us to offer purchases via credit card and bank transfer, in compliance with the laws and regulations in force.

50% of the fees collected by the exchange will be paid to the holder of the LQO token.

The STO (Security Token Offering) will last two months. 70 million tokens will go on sale during that period.

LQO token: Allocation & Usage

The Liqio token is a security token, based on the Ethereum blockchain.

1*: Whichever falls earliest
The token sale will run for 2 months, unless the ceiling is reached before that date
If the hardcap is reached in three weeks, for example, the tokens will be distributed 48 hours
later.

3*: LIQIO OÜ company token
The 20 million tokens will be split into four equal portions.
One of these portions will be released each year. LIQIO will then be able to sell a portion of the
tokens that it chooses.

Each STO participant will have to complete a KYC and provide the following documents:
